What is protected
Protection extends to, without limitation:
- The "Mos Legis Review" name, logo, and all visual marks, emblems, and brand assets
- The tagline "Rooted in Tradition. Driven by Justice."
- All published content across every category — Research Articles, Case Commentaries, Legislative Commentaries, Policy Papers, Book Reviews, Notes, Short Articles and Essays, Book Chapters, and Blogs
- The citation system, citation templates, and auto-generated citation strings unique to Mos Legis Review
- The platform's visual design, layout, colour system, typography choices, and overall look and feel
- The platform's underlying software, interface design, and any proprietary features or mechanisms
- All administrative tools, dashboards, and internal systems
Unauthorised use
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any of the foregoing, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Mos Legis Review, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including but not limited to civil and criminal proceedings for infringement, seeking injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Author rights
Authors retain copyright in their own work and grant the Review a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to publish, archive, index and distribute it. Readers may quote from published articles with full attribution and a pin cite.
