Authorship
Authorship is limited to those who made a substantial intellectual contribution. Ghost, gift and guest authorship are prohibited. All co-authors must be declared at submission; co-authors cannot be added after acceptance.
Conflicts of interest
Authors must disclose funding, employment, advisory roles and any involvement in litigation bearing on the subject of the manuscript. Editors and reviewers recuse themselves where a conflict exists.
Corrections and retractions
Errors that do not affect the argument are addressed by a published correction. Fabrication, falsification, undisclosed duplicate publication or established plagiarism results in retraction, with a retraction notice permanently attached to the record.
Simultaneous submission
Manuscripts under consideration elsewhere may not be submitted to the Review. Authors must withdraw formally before submitting a manuscript to another journal.
