Submit a Manuscript
Submissions are open year-round across all nine content categories. Every manuscript is pre-screened for similarity and then sent for double-blind peer review.
No publication fee until your manuscript is accepted. Only the plagiarism pre-screening fee is payable upfront.
Step 1 — Choose a category

Step 2 — Prepare
Formatting & Citation Rules
- File format
- MS Word (.doc / .docx) only. PDF accepted only for the anonymised copy.
- Body text
- Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, justified.
- Footnotes
- Times New Roman, 10 pt, single spacing. Speaking footnotes discouraged.
- Citation style
- Indian Law Institute (ILI / JILI) footnoting format throughout.
- Margins
- 1 inch on all sides, A4 page size.
- Anonymity
- No author name, affiliation or acknowledgement anywhere in the manuscript file.
Before you upload
Submission Checklist
- Anonymised manuscript file (no identifying details)
- Separate cover letter with author details and affiliation
- Abstract and keywords within the prescribed limits
- ILI/JILI-compliant footnotes
- Word count within the category limit
- Plagiarism pre-screening fee paid
Manuscripts that fail the checklist are returned without review, and the pre-screening fee is not refunded.

From Submission to Publication

Submission received
Acknowledgement with a manuscript ID within 48 hours.

Plagiarism pre-screening
Turnitin iThenticate report. Similarity above 15% is returned.
- 03
Desk review
Editorial fit and formatting check, ordinarily within 7 days.
- 04
Double-blind peer review
Two reviewers. Standard track 15 days; priority track 3 days.
- 05
Decision & revisions
Accept, revise-and-resubmit, or decline with reasons.
- 06
Publication fee & release
Fee raised only on acceptance; certificate and DOI issued after publication.
