Aim
Mos Legis Review exists to publish rigorous, accessible legal scholarship that a court, legislature or practitioner could act on, without confining that scholarship to any one jurisdiction or school of thought.
Scope
The Review accepts work across the whole of legal study, including:
- Constitutional and administrative law
- Criminal law and procedure
- Commercial, corporate and securities law
- Dispute resolution and arbitration
- Technology, data protection and privacy
- Environmental and public policy law
- Comparative, international and human rights law
- Jurisprudence, legal history and legal writing
Standard
A manuscript is judged on originality, rigour, clarity and utility. Doctrinal, empirical, comparative and theoretical methods are all welcome provided the method is stated and followed.
