Data we collect

We collect only what the editorial process requires:

• Account data: name, email address, mobile number, affiliation and author tier
• Submission data: manuscript files, declarations, correspondence and review records
• Payment data: transaction references only — card and bank details are held by the payment processor, never by the Review
• Technical data: log and device information used to keep the platform secure

Use and disclosure

Personal data is used to operate peer review, publication, payment and notification. It is never sold. It is disclosed only to reviewers on a blinded basis, to service providers under contract, and where required by law.

Retention and your rights

Submission records are retained for seven years for editorial-integrity purposes; published records are permanent. You may request access, correction, deletion of non-published data, or withdrawal of consent by writing to the editorial desk.
